Silvus Technologies is seeking a proactive and growth-oriented Director of Sales, Unmanned Aerial Systems, who will report to the Senior Director of Sales USA on the Sales team. The successful candidate will actively participate in all aspects of the sales cycle across existing and emerging markets/channels in the Unmanned Systems market. This position is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location. The following is a list of the current essential job functions; management may reassign duties as needed. Role and Responsibilities Sales Management : Direct and oversee the entire sales process, targeting customers in line with the company’s objectives. Initiate customer interaction, guide the final sales, and ensure follow-up. Business Relationships : Establish and maintain relationships with partners and customers in the Unmanned Systems market. Identify and explore new segments and opportunities for our MIMO solutions. Event Support : Participate in trade shows, conferences, experiments, and customer events as needed to support sales development. Market Awareness : Stay updated on market trends, changes, and competitor actions that may impact the company, including setting and meeting annual targets for new business. Pipeline Management : Build a robust pipeline and regularly update the CRM with opportunity forecasts to inform key business decisions. Product Knowledge : Develop and maintain deep knowledge of our MIMO solutions to effectively communicate value to customers and prospects. Customer Service : Maintain a customer-centric approach; promptly address concerns and use feedback to drive improvements. Travel Requirements: 1–2 weeks per month. Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university; OR High School Diploma/GED with at least 6 years of relevant experience. Minimum 4 years of demonstrated business development and sales experience in a technical field. Track record of successful sales of MANET and/or radio solutions. Security Clearance : Active U.S. Government SECRET clearance or ability to obtain one within 12 months of hire. Must be a U.S. Citizen
due to clients under U.S. government contracts. All employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check. Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college. Demonstrated business development and sales experience in autonomous military systems. Working understanding of alternative MANET technologies and their relative strengths. Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

$115,000 - $145,000 annual base salary plus commission. OTE up to $300,000. The pay range is not a guarantee and varies based on experience and qualifications. As a U.S. Federal Contractor, all candidates must be a U.S. Person (permanent resident or citizen). Some roles require stricter U.S. Citizen-only requirements.
