Manager, Enterprise Applications (Salesforce) at Supermicro. Supermicro is seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager to lead Salesforce implementations, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning (FSL). The candidate will manage projects, collaborate with technical and business teams, and oversee deployments with a strong DevOps and integration focus. Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Lead Salesforce technical implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and FSL) aligned with business requirements and processes. Hands-on configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions, applying best practices and design principles. Possess and leverage Salesforce certifications (e.g., Application Architect, Technical Architect) with Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Advanced Admin certifications highly preferred. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements; serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce activities, including project delivery and status tracking. Utilize DevOps tools for deployment automation and version control; manage Salesforce release processes and integrations with middleware tools. Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects in an Agile environment; ensure timely milestones and high-quality outcomes. Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks with Salesforce developers; maintain clear communication of project goals. Monitor progress, identify risks or blockers, and drive issue resolution with teams. Drive continuous improvement, automation, and process optimization within Salesforce and related platforms. Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical teams. Ensure Salesforce solutions align with the organization’s strategic goals and customer needs. Qualifications
Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, FSL). Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Advanced Admin certifications are highly preferred. Strong experience managing Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies. Ability to work with cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and leadership. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, and related technologies. Proficiency in DevOps practices, deployment automation, version control, and integrations. Problem-solving ability to address complex challenges and make timely decisions. Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role with demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive results. Experience with Salesforce integration with other enterprise systems (ERP, marketing platforms, etc.). Familiarity with middleware tools for integration and data management between Salesforce and other systems. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments. Salary Range
$170,000 - $190,000 The offered salary depends on location, level, education, training, skills, and experience, and may be complemented by bonus and equity programs as applicable plus a comprehensive benefits package. EEO Statement
