Supermicro is seeking an experienced Salesforce Manager to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, and Field Service Lightning (FSL) implementations, and hold Salesforce Architect certifications (such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect) with Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Admin certifications (preferably Advanced Admin). The Salesforce Manager will lead Salesforce implementation projects, manage deployments, and collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure timely, high-quality delivery. Experience with DevOps tools and middleware for Salesforce integrations is required. Essential Duties And Responsibilities

Lead Salesforce technical implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, FSL) aligned with business requirements, processes, and technology. Hands-on configuration and implementation of Salesforce solutions, following best practices and design principles. Possess Salesforce certifications: Application Architect, Technical Architect; Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Advanced Admin certifications are highly preferred. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document business requirements. Serve as the primary technical point of contact for Salesforce-related activities, including project delivery and status tracking. Leverage DevOps tools for deployment automation and version control to streamline release management. Utilize middleware knowledge to manage integrations between Salesforce and other systems. Oversee end-to-end technical delivery of Salesforce projects in an Agile environment, ensuring timely milestones and high quality. Translate business requirements into actionable technical tasks with Salesforce developers. Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues promptly. Drive continuous improvement through automation and process optimization within Salesforce and related platforms. Provide leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and technical teams. Ensure Salesforce solutions align with organizational goals and customer needs. Qualifications

Extensive hands-on experience in Salesforce implementations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Communities, FSL). Salesforce Certified Application Architect or Salesforce Certified Technical Architect. Salesforce Sales Cloud Consultant, Service Cloud Consultant, and Advanced Admin certifications are highly preferred. Strong experience managing Salesforce projects using Agile methodologies. Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and translate complex business needs into technical solutions. Excellent communication skills for articulating technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering on time and within budget. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Lightning, Apex, LWC, and related technologies. Proficiency in DevOps practices, deployment automation, version control, and integrations. Problem-solving ability with quick decision-making. Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years in a managerial or leadership role. Experience with Salesforce integrations with ERP and marketing platforms. Familiarity with middleware tools for integration and data management. Knowledge of Salesforce DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployments. Salary Range
