The Sales Lead will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. As a Sales Lead, you will fully immerse yourself in our brand, culture, and product, taking pride in delivering exceptional customer experiences. This role supports Managers and Sales Associates, contributing to our success in-store. Please note, this job requires completion of an assessment emailed upon application submission. At least 2 years of results-oriented selling experience in a high-performance environment. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, demonstrating care. The ability to connect with people at all levels and charm an audience. Sharp business acumen and analytical thinking to deliver positive results. Excellent time management skills, capable of prioritizing and delegating tasks. Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and retail POS systems. At least 18 years old with proof of identity and work eligibility. A flexible work schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with physical ability to stand for long periods and lift 50+ pounds. Our Benefits
