Job Title: General Production Worker
Job Description
We are seeking diligent and motivated individuals to join our team as General Production Workers. This role involves working in various departments, including molding, assembly, and quality inspection. The positions are available on both 2nd and 3rd shifts, offering a dynamic work environment with opportunities to work alongside skilled professionals.
Responsibilities
Operate machinery and equipment in the molding and assembly departments.
Perform quality inspections, ensuring products meet specified standards.
Read and interpret measurements using rulers and scales.
Distinguish color variances for quality assurance purposes.
Utilize scanners and other tools for production tasks.
Safely operate forklifts and automated guided vehicles (AGVs), if applicable.
Essential Skills
Ability to operate machinery and equipment efficiently.
Proficiency in reading rulers and scales for precise measurements.
Capability to distinguish color variances.
Forklift experience is required for specific roles.
Basic understanding of production processes and general labor tasks.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Bilingual abilities, particularly in Spanish, are beneficial for specific roles.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Work Environment
Our facility operates on multiple shifts, providing flexibility in work hours. The 2nd shift runs from 2:48 PM to 11:00 PM, while the 3rd shift is from 10:48 PM to 7:00 AM. Employees enjoy competitive hourly wages, with additional compensation for weekend work. The work environment is dynamic and fast-paced, with a focus on safety and efficiency.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Grandview, Missouri.
Job types vary on department needs, this company is working to get back to their usual head count. Looking for forklift, quality, machine operators, and general production workers. $17/hr on 1st, $18/hr on 2nd or 3rd shifts.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $18.00/hr.
