As a Senior Contracts Manager, you will lead the administration and management of the company’s most critical and high-value contracts. This role requires advanced expertise in contract negotiation, change management, compliance, and risk management. You will provide strategic guidance to senior management and ensure that all contracts are managed to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
Lead the negotiation and administration of high-value and complex contracts. Develop and implement strategic plans for contract management and compliance. Ensure compliance with contract terms, company policies, and legal requirements. Advise senior management on contractual rights, obligations, and potential risks. Oversee contract modifications, renewals, and terminations. Coordinate with senior management and cross-functional teams to ensure successful contract execution and compliance. Conduct comprehensive audits and compliance reviews, providing necessary documentation. Mentor and guide junior and mid-level contracts managers. Qualifications You Must Have:
10+ years of experience of related contracts experience or equivalent experience in DoD contracting with at least 4-6+ years in a leadership role. Bachelor's degree in a related field of study Experience with different USG Contract Types (FFP, FPIF, CPAF, CPFF, T&M) Experience leading large, complex, USG and DCS contract negotiations Significant experience with USG procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS) in all aspects of the contract life cycle including proposals, administration, and close-out Experience within the Aerospace and Defense industry Experience with USG, International and Commercial Contracts Experience with USG Intellectual Property terms and licenses Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Excellent oral and written communications skills and the ability to effectively interact at all levels within the organization and with external customers Ability to present to senior leadership and customers An active Secret U.S. Security Clearance with the ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance with access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) is required Qualifications We Prefer:
