As a Subcontracts Management Specialist III, you will develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for our subcontract systems to guide the development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types. You’ll be responsible for preparing bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering subcontracts. In addition, you will administer standard subcontracts agreements (Firm Fixed Price, Time and Material, Cost Reimbursable Fixed‑Fee) through the entire contract lifecycle, lead moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and monitor subcontractor performance.
Qualifications You Must Have
Bachelor's Degree in a related field and typically 14 or more years of relevant experience
Higher education may substitute for relevant experience
Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education
The ability to obtain and maintain a Secret U.S. Security Clearance is required
Awarded an active U.S. Security Clearance, U.S. Citizenship status is required. Non‑U.S. citizens may not be eligible to obtain a security clearance.
