We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) to provide mental health services in long-term care and nursing home facilities. This is a rewarding opportunity to deliver impactful psychiatric care to an often-overlooked population.

Conduct psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits Prescribe and manage psychotropic medications Collaborate with facility staff and family members Provide compassionate, trauma-informed care Document care in compliance with regulatory standards Qualifications
Certified PMHNP (Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner) Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Experience with geriatric or long-term care populations preferred (not required) Prior experience as a Psychiatric RN or Psychiatric NP in a nursing home or similar setting is a plus What We Offer (Full-Time Only)
