Reception
Directing our customers via their phone inquiries to the appropriate team member.
Greet all customers and visitors in a professional manner and notifying the appropriate team member.
Administrative
Receive, sort and distribute incoming mail; process outgoing mail
Perform backup duties for the shipping and receiving department
Produce badges to fill customer orders
Develop a knowledge of company products and related accessories and components
Receive and process sales calls and provide quotes for consumables, parts and repairs
Purchase and maintain the company's office supplies
Track customer annual service agreements, send renewal notices and invoice as appropriate
Accounting/Bookkeeping
Become the SME on company's accounting system and its reporting
Process all sales orders and invoices on a timely basis
Process all cash receipts on a timely basis
Prepare deposits and take to bank as needed
Process payroll
Generate, receive and process purchase orders on a timely basis
Process accounts payable generating checks for signature
