General Office Clerk
We are looking for an organized and proactive
General Office Clerk
to provide essential administrative and clerical support across various departments. This role is key to maintaining smooth daily office operations.
Shift/Hours : Monday - Friday, Business Hours
Pay Range : $18 - $20 /hr DOE Location : Fort Myers, FL Experience: 2 + years of Administrative experience
General Office Clerk Key Responsibilities: Perform routine clerical duties, including filing, photocopying, scanning, and mail distribution (inbound and outbound).
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and assist with scheduling appointments.
Maintain and order office supplies, ensuring adequate stock levels.
Assist with basic data entry and updating records and documents.
Manage and organize physical and electronic files.
Provide backup support to the reception area or other administrative staff as needed. General Office Clerk Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent.
2+ year of experience in an office, clerical, or administrative setting.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills.
