Overview
This position manages a team of AutoZoners in the development, implementation, and support of AutoZone’s software applications and hardware platforms that provide security controls. The IT Security Manager develops and implements robust security measures, manages a team of security engineers, and ensures the overall security of systems, networks, and data. Responsibilities
Manage and lead a team of IT AutoZoners including assigning and monitoring work, providing feedback, coaching and development, counseling, and salary administration. Manage and track the progress of multiple projects through project management activities such as work plans, resource planning, status reporting, and budgeting. Communicate status of activities with teams, peers, management, and business partners. Build relationships with key business partners to identify and resolve business issues. Select, develop, and motivate assigned staff. Qualifications
At least ten years of security and/or cyber risk management experience in a large enterprise, including formal leadership responsibilities. Strong people leadership skills. Problem-solving and analytical skills. Presentation, facilitation, and writing skills. Project management experience including estimating, planning, controlling, and execution. Advanced knowledge in one or more: LDAP/directory administration (Ping Identity), SAP Security, SSO/SAML/OIDC, PAM administration (CyberArk), Multi-factor authentication (MFA), Identity Governance & Administration (IGA). Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Preferred: scripting or coding language experience. Preferred: Security credentials such as CISSP. About AutoZone
