Requirements and skills: Bilingual-French Canadian. (Must reside in Georgia). Job Description: We are looking for Call Center Representatives that will be the liaison between our company and caller. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving complaints and inquiries, treat callers with compassion and empathy, and keep customer satisfaction. Responsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound calls in a timely manner. Follow communication "FAQs scripts" when handling different topics. Identify caller's needs, clarify information, and provide guidance and is able to de-escalate a caller when agitated. Shifts: Hours of operation are from 9:00am - 9:00pm. Looking for candidates for the following schedules: 9:00am - 5:30pm 12:30pm - 9:00pm 5:00pm - 9:00pm Pay Rate: $17.50/HR Requirements Requirements and skills: Bilingual-French Canadian.

(Must reside in Georgia) Previous experience in a customer support role. Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening. Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types. Ability to multitask, and manage multiple incidents at a time. Must own computer and headset. High School Diploma.
