We're seeking someone to join our Financial Planning & Analytics team as a CFP&A Budgeting & Forecasting VP to focus on Budgeting and Forecasting Analytics. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker who can translate data across the different business areas and financial lines into analytical insights and a structured narrative for senior management. In the Finance division, we act as a partner to business units around the globe by providing management, review, analysis and advisory services of the Firm\'s financial and capital resources. This is a Vice President position within our Financial Planning & Analysis Job Family which is responsible for the firm’s budget, forecast, internal management reporting and financial analysis to provide insight into the firm’s current and expected financial performance, as well as expense allocation. CFP&A is responsible for leading firmwide planning and forecasting processes, management reporting and performing strategic analyses of the Firm\'s global businesses to support strategic decision-making. Corporate FP&A supports and interacts with Firm leadership, the Firm\'s Board of Directors and various Firm regulators. Additionally, Corporate FP&A collaborates closely with Business lines and their Finance teams, Investor Relations, Global Controller teams, Treasury, Capital and the Risk Department. What You\'ll Do In The Role
Collaborate with a varied group of colleagues in Finance and across the Firm
Responsible for and lead a significant set of deliverables, leveraging advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment
Proactively identify emerging risks in individual and department work and contribute to strategies for mitigating them
Act as a role model and culture carrier; embody and set an example of the Firm\'s values and hold yourself and others accountable to Firm standards
Conduct detailed financial analysis, identifying key trends and narratives in both current and projected financials
Collaborate with various teams across Finance and the broader organization, including Segment Finance, Investor Relations, Firm Strategy & Execution, Tax, Capital, Treasury, Corporate Reporting, Risk, and Technology
Enhance finance analytics and reporting processes through system improvements
Analyze large data sets and work effectively with different Finance groups
Manage, attract, develop and retain talent for team within Finance while creating an inclusive environment; translate Firmwide goals into actionable goals for department/function
What You\'ll Bring To The Role
Advanced understanding of Finance functional area, product and/or client segment and technical skills, as well as of industry and competitive environment
Ability to provide positive and constructive feedback and acknowledge efforts of team members
Ability to articulate risk and impact to various audiences, and create plans to mitigate those risks
Preferred Background: Investor Relations, Investment Banking
Exhibit strong organizational skills, managing multiple deliverables independently in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrate excellent analytical, visualization, writing, and presentation skills
Capable of executing complex analyses and presenting to senior stakeholders
Possess strong problem-solving abilities, translating complex financial schedules into meaningful analyses and presentations
Efficiently handle multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Be a team player with good communication skills
At least 8 years\' relevant experience would generally be expected to find the skills required for this role

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $110,000 and $190,000 per year at the commencement of employment.
