Description The Executive Director of eCommerce will be accountable for managing the P&L for the assigned brand, overseeing both the brand.com and retailer.com businesses. As the lead of the Regional Brand Online team, this role develops and drives the online growth strategy, ensuring seamless execution across all digital channels. The Executive Director will be at the forefront of shaping the brand’s online presence, including strategy, inventory management, and commercial programming, while liaising with expert execution teams across key areas of CRM, site operations and merchandising, affiliate marketing, customer acquisition, paid search, and SEO. Responsibilities Accountable for the North American Online P&L management In partnership with brand and regional/global leadership, set and track financial targets for the online channel. Ensure profitable growth across all digital channels and optimize for ROI. Lead the strategy and execution for the brand’s online presence, aligning with broader brand objectives and market dynamics. Develop and implement innovative solutions to optimize online sales performance, traffic, and conversion rates. Oversee the end-to-end management of the digital customer experience. Create and implement promotional calendars and digital campaigns that drive brand engagement and maximize sales. Collaborate with inventory and supply chain teams to ensure proper stock levels across digital platforms. Monitor and manage product assortments to meet consumer demand and align with marketing promotions. Work closely with the creative team to brief needs in order to produce compelling digital content, from product visuals to promotional assets. Ensure all creative output is on-brand, optimized for eCommerce, and tailored to specific retail platforms. Lead and liaise with expert teams across various disciplines focused on brand.com performance marketing and site operations, and reporting. Provide insights on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to online sales, traffic, conversion rates, and customer engagement. Regularly report on performance to senior leadership, highlighting challenges, opportunities, and recommended actions. Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies, and new digital marketing tactics to ensure the brand’s eCommerce presence remains competitive. Continuously test and optimize digital strategies, ensuring the brand is leveraging the best tools and techniques to drive growth Qualifications 8+ years in eCommerce leadership roles. Strong understanding of P&L management and eCommerce financials. Demonstrated success in leading and collaborating with cross-functional teams, including CRM, marketing, operations, and creative. Experience in digital marketing disciplines, including paid search, SEO, affiliate marketing, and customer acquisition strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. Collaborative and team-oriented leadership style. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and drive results through innovation and data-driven decision-making. Strategic thinking and problem-solving, exceptional analytical and financial management skills. Strong digital acumen and ability to adapt to new technologies. High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Pay Range The anticipated hourly range for this position is
$154,000.00 to $264,750.00.
Exact hourly rate depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. Hourly range may vary based on geographic location. In addition to hourly rate, this position may be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
