is actively seeking an experienced
Logistics Specialist
to join our team supporting aerospace and defense operations. This role offers the opportunity to contribute directly to mission-critical programs by ensuring materials and inventory are handled with precision and efficiency. This is a six month contract to hire.
Responsibilities Perform a variety of logistics tasks including receiving, stocking, kitting, cycle counting, material delivery, and shipping Safely operate warehouse material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts, cranes, etc.) Support compliance and quality standards in all daily activities Utilize Microsoft Office Suite for reporting and documentation Contribute to cycle time and quality goals through accurate, timely work Required Qualifications
4+ years of logistics, warehouse, or material handling experience Experience with powered material handling equipment Ability to obtain Powered Industrial Truck (PIT) certification Experience working in a compliance-driven environment Ability to work overtime, alternate shifts, and occasional Saturdays Ability to lift up to 28 lbs. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) U.S. citizenship required Preferred Qualifications
SAP experience Strong attention to detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to work independently with limited supervision
Hours/Week:
40.00 Shift:
1st Shift (8:00am - 5:00pm, with occasional overtime/Saturdays)
