The company has a 25+ year track record in service delivery and helps clients transform their networks and improve customer experiences. Position: Client Partner. You will lead engagements with existing customers or territories, assuming responsibility for customer interaction, revenue growth, and differentiating Netcracker from the competition. You will lead the sale of Netcracker products, solutions, and services into assigned accounts, act as the single point of contact, and drive opportunities from lead generation to deal closure. You are expected to consistently meet or overachieve booking and revenue quotas and collaborate with Sales Leadership and internal teams to ensure client expectations are met or exceeded. Responsibilities
Identify, qualify and advance opportunities based on probability and potential value within assigned accounts or territories Proactively identify ways for Netcracker to add value through software, services and other assets Develop understanding of a prospect’s or client’s short-term and long-term goals and challenges, and identify relevant Netcracker solutions Develop and recommend strategic and tactical sales plans for assigned accounts Understand the customer's business challenges, culture, environment, market trends, competition and partners that may affect the business Build a trusted advisor relationship with key client executives and serve as a reliable focal point for business and systems issues Lead commercial discussions with the customer in line with Netcracker standards, coordinating with internal stakeholders on contractual agreements Achieve annual sales, revenue and profitability targets as identified by Sales Leadership Educate customers on the value and evolution of the Netcracker product portfolio Keep Netcracker management informed of sales progress using pipeline tools and internal communications Develop unique and differentiated value propositions for prospects and existing customers Collaborate with sales leadership and stakeholders to develop successful sales strategies for each opportunity Provide customer and market intelligence to Sales, Product Management, Operations, IT, and PMO based on sales pursuits Experience And Requirements
Extensive knowledge of the telecommunications industry, particularly BSS, OSS or Cloud technologies Demonstrated experience in identifying and winning multimillion-dollar system integration/technology solution deals and meeting or beating sales quotas Ability to build relationships at multiple levels within the client organization Successful full-lifecycle sales experience with complex technical solutions Ability to negotiate win-win agreements with clients Creative thinker who can identify innovative solutions and sales strategies to differentiate Netcracker Strong bias for action and ability to pursue opportunities and navigate obstacles Ability to analyze data and translate it into professional sales presentations Strong negotiation skills for creating contractual agreements Capable of working in a matrixed corporate environment Strong executive presence Excellent leadership, written and verbal communication skills Education
