Position Summary Netcracker Technology is looking to hire a BSS Solution Architect, with experience in the full life-cycle for Telco solutions. This role will be the SME representing Netcracker in front of our customers. This position can also involve solution delivery activities as well as Pre-Sales. Role And Responsibilities Define end-to-end architecture of the Netcracker customer solution. Ensure that the selected solution architecture and development approach fit the budget and time constraints. Support opportunity qualification process with multiple Account Executives. Deliver presentations to prospective customers and partners, leveraging industry trends, standards, and NetCracker solutions. Prepare technical responses to RFPs and RFIs. Develop product demonstrations, including specification, testing, and delivery. Lead high-quality product and architecture presentations and demonstrations. Demonstrate advanced Netcracker product concepts. Assist account teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Represent Netcracker as an industry Subject Matter Expert. Travel to customer sites worldwide. Required Experience 5+ years experience working at a Telco or SI vendor with strong technical knowledge of BSS solutions. Knowledge across domains like Channels, CRM, Order Entry/CPQ, Product Catalog, Customer Care, Order Management, Provisioning, Resource Management, and Billing/Charging/Mediation/Collections for both consumer and B2B products & services. Client stakeholder management experience. Experience in solution delivery for Telecom/Communications Service Providers in domains like CRM, Billing, Order Fulfillment, etc. Excellent communication skills—written, verbal, and interpersonal—as well as strategic and analytical skills. Ability to work collaboratively to solve complex technical problems in complex environments. Professional presence and ability to interact effectively with customers at all levels. Well-developed knowledge of the global telecommunications marketplace.
