Manage all on-site activities for multifamily construction projects, ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain project timelines. Oversee daily operations and ensure adherence to project specifications and drawings. Conduct regular site inspections and address any issues promptly. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports and project schedules. Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes and regulations. Foster a collaborative work environment and resolve any on-site conflicts effectively. Communicate progress updates to stakeholders and provide solutions to challenges as they arise.
