Plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of residential construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are achieved. Monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure financial and scheduling goals are met. Conduct regular site visits to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contracts and reports. Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders in a clear and professional manner. Ensure all work adheres to local building codes and regulatory requirements. A successful Project Manager - Residential Construction should have: Strong knowledge of residential construction processes and building codes. Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously with attention to detail. Excellent communication and leadership skills to collaborate with diverse teams. A proactive approach to identifying and solving project challenges. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
