Senior Software Engineer
to lead and shape Sprinter’s new
Clinical Data Platform
team. This is a ground-floor opportunity to build the systems that unify our clinical, operational, and logistics data—and make them usable across everything from AI to analytics to care coordination. What You’ll Work On Uncover care gaps
and predict patient risk through structured longitudinal data Generate pre-visit clinical summaries
via LLMs grounded in patient history Standardize engagement + visit data
across diverse EHR and claims formats Catch anomalies and errors
in inbound medical data using automated validation Build a robust data warehouse
from the ground up—supporting ML, reporting, and downstream systems What We’re Looking For Engineering & Data Systems 5+ years of backend or full-stack software engineering Strong experience with Python or TypeScript Deep understanding of scalable data systems, ETL/ELT pipelines, and observability best practices Hands-on with BigQuery, Airflow, DBT, or AWS Glue Familiarity with varied database types (relational, document, columnar, key-value, vector, etc.) Healthcare Data (bonus, But Not Required) Claims data processing Clinical data formats: FHIR, HL7, C-CDA, or EHR integrations Tools like Mirth Connect or similar for data exchange Leadership & Collaboration Experience leading technical projects and shipping high-impact systems Comfortable breaking down work and guiding teammates Bonus: people management experience or interest in growing a team Tech Stack ETL/ELT:

The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
