Slalom . As a Client Partner within Slalom’s NorCal market, you’ll help lead and grow a portfolio of healthcare clients. Slalom brings deep cross-sector expertise across healthcare providers, payers, consumer health, health tech, and healthcare associations—positioning us to help organizations deliver better patient and member experiences, accelerate innovation, and improve outcomes. You’ll collaborate with senior client stakeholders and internal Slalom teams to deliver high-impact consulting solutions while driving strategic growth across your portfolio. We are open to hiring for this role at the Senior Principal or Director-level. Responsibilities include: Serving as a strategic advisor across healthcare accounts, building trust-based relationships with business and technology leaders. Overseeing delivery of engagements in provider operations, payer strategy, digital health, and data transformation. Owning revenue targets of $2.5M+ (Senior Principal) or $5M+ (Director), with a focus on sales and account growth. Proactively identifying new opportunities and leading pursuits. Maintaining individual utilization of 60% (Senior Principal) or 40% (Director). Collaborating on go-to-market strategies and delivery models. Supporting portfolio operations like pipeline development, staffing, and forecasting. Representing Slalom’s expertise externally in the healthcare market. Qualifications: Passion for healthcare and solving complex, human-centered problems. Strong sales skills, with experience in client relationship building and expansion. 10+ years in professional services, ideally in payer, provider, or digital health environments. Proven success in growth and revenue targets of $2.5M+ or $5M+. Understanding of healthcare industry shifts, workforce pressures, consumerization, and product development. Experience managing delivery quality and client satisfaction. Operational expertise in utilization, forecasting, and account management. Collaborative leadership style promoting safety, accountability, and growth. Local Bay Area presence with flexibility to travel. About Us:

The salary range is $167,000–$258,000 for Senior Principal and $192,000–$307,000 for Director, plus potential bonuses. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, and location.
