Roles & Responsibilities
Lead honeygrow restaurant operations through understanding and enforcing all policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural points. Aspire to be a top performer, elevating oneself, the team, and honeygrow. Support the General Manager in teaching the team to be top performers empowered to achieve hg Standards. Demonstrate integrity and guest-focused service while promoting the company culture, values, and mission. Fully comprehend and perform every station in the restaurant and be trained through the Assistant General Manager level. Supervise scheduled shifts and manage restaurant operations in the absence of the General Manager. Assist General Manager with administrative duties and employee evaluations. Maintain clear communication with the General Manager regarding operations. Assist in scheduling, including updating employee profiles, nightly logs, and weekly schedules. Maintain the office area to organizational standards. Assist in financial objectives related to forecasting and computer-related administration; work with the team on food and labor costs and other expenses. Deliver a fantastic guest experience using the hg Engine (speed, accuracy, cleanliness, product quality, hospitality) on every shift. Coach and develop Service Managers; train and develop all employees with patience and diligence. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work any shifts and days of the week. ServSafe Certification. Two years of strong food preparation and line experience. Fast casual or similar restaurant environment experience preferred. Physical Requirements
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods. Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Must possess close, distance, and peripheral vision. Must be able to bend, stoop, and reach frequently. Must have dexterity to handle kitchen equipment. Must be comfortable working near open flames. Must work in a fast-paced environment with hot and cold areas and in tight spaces. Must be able to communicate effectively in a high-noise environment. Benefits
