We are looking for like-minded individuals to join us and redefine the fast-casual dining experience. Roles + Responsibilities
Lead honeygrow restaurant operations through understanding and enforcing policies, procedures, standards, training programs, and cultural points. Strive to be a top performer, elevating themselves, the team, and honeygrow. Support the General Manager in teaching the team to be top performers empowered to achieve hg Standards. Demonstrate integrity, knowledge, and the ability to exceed guest and team expectations while promoting honeygrow’s culture, values, and mission. Fully comprehend and perform every station in the restaurant and be trained on all functions through the Service Manager level. Oversee cash management, nightly report packaging, and other daily operations administrative work. Train, coach, and develop all employees with patience and diligence. Deliver a fantastic guest experience by executing the hg Engine: speed, accuracy, cleanliness, quality, and hospitality. Follow all food safety guidelines and procedures. Supervise scheduled shifts and uphold facilities standards; lead the preventative maintenance plan. Complete facilities and food safety processes, including opening/closing checklists, line checks, and daily/weekly cleaning checklists. Requirements
Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be able to meet the scheduling needs of the restaurant. Strong food prep experience. ServSafe Certification preferred. Previous training experience preferred. Minimum one year of restaurant experience. Physical Requirements
Stand and walk for extended periods; lift and carry up to 50 pounds. Close vision, distance vision, and peripheral vision. Frequent bending, stooping, and reaching; dexterity to handle kitchen equipment. Comfortable working near open flames and in a fast-paced environment with high noise levels. Ability to work in tight spaces and communicate effectively in a busy setting. Benefits
