The Value of Working with Us The group includes both Physicians and Advanced Practice Providers creatinga collaborative, supportive, and collegial work environment Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Limited call provides an opportunity for work life balance Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensivebenefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Compensation is between $308,406 - $335,406 per year, prorated per FTE The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowanceand other benefits offered by the medical group.
