This role involves providing oncology care, includinginfusions, in a small clinic setting that includes a radiation oncologistand radiation treatment. The Value of Working with Us Full time position Monday through Friday (4.5-day work week) Mix of outpatient and inpatient. Inpatient responsibilities include roundingwith occasional consultation; majority is outpatient Competitive compensation with a 2-year salary guarantee, comprehensivebenefits package and 5 weeks per year of time away from practice for vacation/holiday/CME time Shareholder track opportunity starting in year 3 with additional perksand annual bonuses worth more than $1M over the course of a full career Providence Medical Group providers are eligible for the federal PublicService Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program Residency/fellowship stipend up to $2,000 per month for qualifying candidates Relocation assistance package New graduates welcome to apply Compensation is between $477,125 and $523,125 per year The posted salary reflects the starting range of total compensation andmay include productivity bonuses, incentives related to quality and performance,hospital/ED call stipends, extra shift incentives, and other forms ofcash compensation as applicable to the position. In addition, a CME allowanceand other benefits offered by the medical group. Please note that thissalary range is provided in accordance with State law and is subject tovariation due to the factors noted above.
