Contentful About The Opportunity As a Regional Partner Manager at Contentful, you are a strategic leader responsible for driving your portfolio of partners to achieve excellence across key areas. You will work to achieve revenue objectives around both sourced and influenced elements, ensure your partners are aligned with and capable on the Contentful platform, and help orchestrate joint go-to-market motions that deliver measurable impact. Your success will be defined by your ability to deepen executive relationships, increase partner maturity, manage your partners and your book of business, and drive win-win dynamics across your portfolio. What To Expect Revenue Growth and Results: Deliver against assigned partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline and closed ACV metrics by executing successfully in field through targeted activities and GTM plays Partner Portfolio Ownership: Manage a defined set of strategic and high-potential partners, including relationship mapping to executive and practice leaders, and aligning partner capabilities to market demand to grow mindshare, awareness and results Field Team Integration: Act as the single point of orchestration between your partners and Sales, to align partners into Contentful deal strategy early and improve win rates against key competitors Partner Maturity & Enablement: Drive partner enablement uptake, certifications, and increase co-marketing readiness Campaign & Event Alignment: Collaborate with Marketing to activate regional campaigns and partner-led events, ensuring measurable impact on pipeline and across stages Competitive Positioning: Use partner strengths to displace competitors in the region, leveraging win/loss insights and “Why We Win Together” narratives, and be comfortable evangelizing and positioning the Contentful value proposition to achieve this goal Forecast & Reporting: Own weekly partner forecast inputs, track partner performance against targets, and use data to inform strategic adjustments What You Need To Be Successful 5–7 years in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales within SaaS/DXP/MarTech ecosystems Proven track record managing regional partner portfolios with measurable revenue outcomes Strong executive relationship management and communication skills Familiarity with headless CMS, composable architectures, and digital transformation agency/GSI landscape Data-driven approach to pipeline management and forecasting Measures of Success Attainment of partner-sourced and influenced targets Partner maturity progression and enablement milestones Successful alignment to field level activity and value needs Successful orchestration across multiple departments including Sales and Marketing What\'s in it for you? Salary Statement: The salary range displayed is specifically for those potential hires who will work or reside in the state of California if selected for the role. Any offered salary is determined based on internal equity, salary ranges, market data, applicant\'s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications. Salary Range: $132,000 - $178,000 OTE (70/30 split). This position is eligible for equity awards, annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards, where applicable, per Contentful\'s plans. Who are we?
