As an Inside and Outbound Sales Associate, you will utilize our real estate expertise, trusted market presence, agent support, and Brivity Technology alongside Brivity Marketer tools. Engage with potential clients, develop sales skills, and increase income opportunities. Responsibilities
Lead generate for talent Attract new sales talent to the team Coach and train all sales professionals, holding them accountable to achieving their goals Grow as a real estate sales professional through prospecting and client consulting Maintain existing and create new campaigns Oversee negotiations for all contracts Ensure sales professionals leverage database capabilities and leads Develop expert knowledge regarding mortgage financing, neighborhoods, schools, and homeownership issues Conduct team meetings, stand-ups and trainings Become an expert on Brivity Technology Qualifications
Accountability-based leadership driving people to achieve goals Excellent at building rapport Strong written and verbal communication skills Good organizational skills Learning based Able to build and lead a team Real estate license 5+ years of industry and sales experience required 3+ years of leadership experience preferred About the team
