$70,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr We’re seeking an exceptional Founding SDR as our first GTM hire to scale our founder-led sales process for enterprise customers. We’ve grown from 0 to 7-figure revenue in one year, working with top pharma companies and raising $14M. You will work directly with our CEO to develop and execute lead generation, outreach campaigns, pipeline management, and possibly conduct field sales at industry conferences. What You’ll Do
Create pipelines through innovative methods such as conference attendees, scientific paper authors, and scientific partnerships. Build outbound campaigns (email, LinkedIn, etc.) using tools like Apollo and Clays. Engage qualified leads via content, conferences, and LinkedIn. Navigate sales cycles and procurement processes with prospective customers ranging from large biotechs to top 5 pharma companies. Collaborate with engineering to scope projects based on customer feedback and demonstrate product capabilities. Attend and present at drug discovery conferences. Requirements
Previous experience in a sales role, selling a product with 5-7 figure ACV, preferably SaaS or at a startup. Willingness to travel. Based in San Francisco. Desire to learn about drug discovery. Nice To Haves
Experience in life sciences. Experience selling complex technical products. Automation and technical skills. Seniority level
