Additional compensation types : Annual Bonus, Commission, and Stock options
Compensation : $90,000-$130,000 OTE ($130,000-$170,000 total compensation including equity and benefits)

The Opportunity
Our partner is seeking a Founding Business Development Representative (BDR) to help build and scale their outbound sales engine. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for founders, GTM executives, and marketing leaders at some of the fastest-growing companies in the world.
You’ll gain firsthand exposure to startup sales strategy, outbound experimentation, and AI-driven GTM workflows—while working closely with the founding team to refine messaging, develop playbooks, and establish scalable processes for growth. This is a high-ownership opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is hungry to learn the craft of selling from day one.
Responsibilities
Research and identify target accounts across SaaS, marketing, and GTM segments
Craft and send highly personalized outbound messages that generate engagement
Conduct discovery conversations to qualify opportunities and hand off to Account Executives
Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach strategy, scripts, and positioning
Build repeatable outbound processes and tools to support future scaling
Track performance metrics and continuously iterate to improve conversion rates
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or outbound sales (preferably SaaS or startup)
Strong written communication and creative problem-solving skills
Highly organized, self-motivated, and comfortable in dynamic, fast-moving environments
Genuine curiosity about startups, go-to-market strategy, and AI-driven marketing
Strong desire to grow into a senior sales or revenue operations role
Bonus: familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, HubSpot, Clay, or Apollo
