They immerse themselves in meaningful connections with our customers by building new and deepening existing relationships. They work to build expertise in uncovering customer needs and have a passion to educate, demonstrate, and recommend device and service solutions. This role is a learning role, where you will work with your team to build skills and assist the Retail Store Manager in operational duties. What you'll do in your role: Help customers pick up where they left off in their shopping journey, online, through Customer Care, or in-store Explore individual needs and demonstrate the latest technology in-store Side-by-side selling to find personalized solutions, including accessories and IoT devices Guide customers through their purchasing experience with questions, answers, and expertise Assist the Retail Store Manager with daily operations and coaching Build proficiency in digital tools to: Show coverage and LTE network speed in the customer’s neighborhood Explain plans and services that keep customers connected and satisfied Inspect, review, and troubleshoot devices and accounts Complete training on in-store experience, new skills, systems, and resources. Partner with employees across channels to: Own the customer experience and resolve issues Identify and hand off small business leads Develop strong peer relationships Provide a positive customer experience The Ideal Candidate Will Bring: Leadership qualities Drive and confidence in a fast-paced sales environment Team leadership and customer service skills Operational, financial, and performance management abilities Excellent communication skills Prior wireless sales experience What’s in it for you?
