Overview
Associate Director, Data and Digital Enablement is responsible for leading Ipsen’s Data and Digital Enablement function in North America, part of the Data and Omnichannel Strategy team, shaping business and data architecture strategy and providing ongoing digital and data support for the organization. Responsibilities
Maintains and evaluates NA commercial systems/tech stack (One Analytics, Health Cloud, Marketing Cloud, One Trust, etc.). Responsible for NA business/technology architecture, solutions and design strategy. Lead future innovation in data and digital capability enablement. Manage Data enablement vendor relationships (e.g., Tableau, Informatica), including dashboard development and KPIs. Develop roadmap for MDM, identifying NA needs and alignment with global capabilities and resources. Liaise with Corporate IT to ensure deployment of resources to meet NA requirements. Single point of contact for all commercial IT issues and functions (internal and external). Execute roadmap for Ipsen Patient Hub flow with Value & Access/Patient Services. Lead coordination program updates and progress reports for leadership, highlighting milestones, risks and outcomes. Ensure ongoing partnership with the data strategy & analytics team to anticipate data enablement needs. Provide updates to Business Units and NA leadership on KPI evolution, omnichannel & data strategy. Qualifications
BA/BS in technical/analytical field (statistics, engineering, computer science, economics, finance, math, etc.). Master’s degree in business administration or related field preferred. 8+ years of pharma/biotech experience in data management and business architecture. Experience with pharma commercial business/data architecture. Understanding of pharma data architectures and assets (Claims, SP/SD, syndicated data sets, field data, digital activity, etc.). Deep understanding of pharmaceutical/biotechnology value chain. Experience with workflow/information processing. Knowledge of Master Data Management (MDM), data governance, data quality processes and methodologies. Ability to work cross-functionally and anticipate customer needs. Strong business and financial acumen with understanding of KPIs and trends. Ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly to peers and senior leaders. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational and time-management skills to manage multiple projects. Compensation & Benefits
The annual base salary range is $172,000 - $210,000. This role may participate in the short-term incentives program. Ipsen offers a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) with company contributions, health/dental/vision, life and disability insurance, paid time off, parental leave, and additional well-being and commuter benefits. The posted pay range is for base pay and may vary based on factors such as education and experience. Location
