Quality Assurance Associate
to help us deliver rock-solid, clinic-ready software for our next-generation neuromodulation device. In this role, you’ll be responsible for manually testing our Android app, website, and TMS medical device, ensuring every feature is stable, every workflow is seamless, and every bug is caught before it reaches the clinic. You’ll test our apps across multiple platforms, confirm interaction with our hardware device, report bugs, and help us ship high-quality builds every day. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who is meticulous, eager to learn, and wants to make a difference in the mental health space. Cloud:
AWS (ECS, CDK, Glue, Firehose, EventBridge) Hardware:
Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) medical device Key Responsibilities: Test the Android app, web platform, and TMS device for functionality, regressions, and overall stability Manually verify interactions between the app and hardware TMS device Execute full QA passes on daily builds across platforms Write clear, detailed, and reproducible bug reports Re-test resolved issues and confirm successful fixes Maintain and update lightweight test plans and checklists Identify and communicate edge cases, corner conditions, and failure scenarios to the team What We’re Looking For: Attention to Detail:
