Key Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact and corporate representative for all project stakeholders, including Owners, OPMs, Developers, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors.
Oversee the entire project’s lifecycle, including budget, schedule, risk, resource management, and safety, while providing exceptional customer service.
Implement and oversee a Raving Fans action plan and play a key role in business development activities such as networking, marketing, proposals, and interviews.
Support proposal and preconstruction processes, work closely with estimating and purchasing, and provide constructability reviews.
Manage project team staffing, conduct meetings, and coordinate with field staff on project goals, budget, and schedule.
Manage financials, including cost reporting, requisitions, invoice approvals, and cash flow management.
Forecast budgets, manage change orders, and represent the company with project stakeholders.
Mentor team members, evaluate performance, and oversee project controls and documentation.
Coordinate material deliveries, oversee project closeout, and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Assist in project pursuits and develop strategies for project profit maximization.
Required Experience
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture (preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management within the construction industry.
OSHA-10 and OSHA-30 certifications (preferred).
Proficiency with cost management, scheduling, and construction management software (e.g., Timberline, Sage, Primavera P6, Procore).
