What You Will Do

At PwC, our people in deals focus on providing strategic advice and support to clients in areas such as mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and restructuring. They help clients navigate complex transactions and maximise value in their business deals. Those in financial due diligence at PwC will focus on providing strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions and divestitures. You will be responsible for analysing financial information focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows and other key client deal issues. You will lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating PwC values, and embrace technology and innovation to enhance delivery.

Responsibilities Manage client service accounts and drive engagement workstreams

Supervise, develop, and coach teams to deliver top-quality deliverables

Utilize team strengths to meet client expectations

Foster productive communication between technologists and business partners

Lead client engagement workstreams

Ensure project success and maintain exceptional standards

Promote a culture of trust and accountability

Address and resolve conflicts or issues as they arise

What You Must Have Bachelor's Degree

5 years of experience

Active CPA in the current work office, Chartered Accountant in good standing, MBA through an accredited university, or CFA credential

What Sets You Apart Broad knowledge in financial due diligence and transaction-related services

Experience interviewing executive management at target companies

Ability to assess a target company's quality of earnings, net assets, and cash flows

Experience managing resolution of issues in technical accounting areas

Experience supervising teams to create an atmosphere of trust

Ability to seek diverse views to encourage improvement and innovation

Coaching staff with timely, meaningful feedback

Salary and Benefits

The salary range for this position is $99,000 - $232,000, plus eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus. For roles based in Maryland, this is the listed salary range. Actual compensation depends on skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.
