KPMG is currently seeking a Manager in Financial Crimes Analytics for our Consulting practice.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of quantitative analysts in developing and implementing advanced analytical models to detect and prevent financial crimes Oversee part of consulting engagements, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, data-driven insights to clients Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, and execute strategies that address financial crime risks Provide thought leadership and subject matter expertise in financial crimes and quantitative analysis; develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions; ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth

Qualifications

Minimum five years of recent experience in financial crimes quantitative analytics; minimum two years of recent experience in leadership Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in economics, statistics, or a related field; advanced degree from an accredited college/university is preferred Experience in consulting or client-facing roles is highly desirable Strong proficiency in quantitative analysis and statistical modeling techniques; extensive working knowledge of Python and R; as well as similar analytical tools Proven ability to manage multiple projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment; knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to financial crimes Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders Travel as required, up to fifty-percent Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without the need for employment-based visa sponsorship now or in the future.
