Our client, a leading organization in the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry, is seeking a Quality Lab Associate to join their team. As a Quality Lab Associate, you will be part of the Quality Assurance Department supporting laboratory operations and compliance. The ideal candidate will demonstrate attention to detail, analytical thinking, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
Perform chemical quantitative and qualitative analysis on intravenous solutions, raw materials, and plant water using wet chemistry techniques and instrument analysis.
Utilize laboratory instrumentation, computer systems, and software to collect and record data accurately.
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, including cGMP, SOPs, and environmental health and safety regulations.
Investigate deviations, troubleshoot issues, and prepare detailed documentation and exception reports.
Complete testing protocols and participate in special projects to support continuous improvement initiatives.
What's Needed?
B.S. Degree in Science (Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Physical Chemistry, Biology with Chemistry preferred).
2-4 years of experience in quantitative analysis or laboratory settings, with instrumental analysis expertise.
Proficiency with laboratory instrumentation and standard software applications such as MS Office Suite.
Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
Must meet near vision visual acuity requirements annually and not be color blind as determined by the Isiharas Test for Color Deficiency.
