Responsibilities
Lead the program with a focus on sustainability, innovation, and continued excellence in service delivery. Monitor and elevate clinical outcomes, ensuring the program meets or exceeds quality benchmarks while adapting to emerging best practices in mental health care. Forge strong, solutions-focused relationships with state and local agencies, positioning the program as a trusted partner in the community. Oversee program staffing and team development—recruiting top talent, supporting professional growth, and maintaining a healthy, high-performing workforce in partnership with HR and Employee Relations. Manage the program’s financial health, operating within budgetary goals and contributing to a responsible, sustainable fiscal strategy. Qualifications
Masters in Social Services with a state license Four (4) years of experience in an administrative management position in a health care setting Two (2) years of responsibility for supervision of professional staff, budgeting, program planning, and licensing What’s In It For You
