Director of Product
you will… Define and drive the long-term strategy and roadmap across CodeGen, CodeSync, Frameworks, and Webflow Cloud Partner with Engineering Directors to deliver native AI-powered codegen and editing workflows Own CodeSync: bridging Webflow projects with Git and design systems Establish product frameworks for developer experience Lead and grow a team of PMs while collaborating cross-functionally with Design, Engineering, Developer Relations, and Marketing Requirements
10+ years in product management, including 4+ years in leadership roles owning multi-surface developer platforms Prior experience as a software engineer Strong technical fluency with developer platforms, cloud hosting, edge/serverless infrastructure, or AI-assisted coding Benefits & Wellness
