We’re looking for a global-minded manager of product management to join our international technology team to lead the product management function. In this role, you’ll lead 3-5 product managers and user experience designers, create international product strategies, and shape digital and operational products that delight guests, empower franchise partners, and scale across diverse markets. What We’ll Need
We’re seeking a global-minded manager to lead the international product management team and collaborate with engineering, design, operations, and franchise partners to reflect the cultures and communities we serve. You will drive growth in existing countries and enable new country openings to achieve business goals. Define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for key international digital and operational product areas. Partner with global franchise teams to adapt and scale solutions across markets while maintaining brand consistency. Lead product discovery, research, and experimentation to uncover guest and operator needs worldwide. Translate insights into clear product requirements, outcomes, and prioritized roadmaps. Track success through adoption, satisfaction, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. Mentor and develop product managers, contributing to the growth of our international technology team. AI-infused creativity and technology architecture fluency. Lead, mentor, and grow your team to design the best experience for guests and team members while delivering business results for franchisees and Wingstop. What You’ll Need
8+ years of product management experience in B2C and ops-facing retail, QSR, or hospitality technology, with 1-3 years of people management experience. Proven success building and scaling customer-facing products across multiple countries. Proven success building and scaling product management teams. Strong cross-cultural collaboration skills; ability to thrive with international teams and partners. Significant multi-country life/work experience highly valued. Analytical and data-driven approach, balancing guest experience with business outcomes. Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills. Who You Are
