Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference. Up to $240/hour for clinical medication management, with reimbursement organized per code, and options for 30 or 20-minute follow-up appointments. Option to supervise Nurse Practitioners at 300/APN per month. We are growing with team structures including multiple therapists and prescribers. Regular virtual staff meetings to discuss patient cases and clinical topics. Work from home with flexible days and hours; team meetings are virtual. Compensation based on patients and codes billed; full-time clinicians receive medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance. Seeking team-oriented professionals to ensure coordination between psychiatric and therapy providers. Job Requirements:
Valid, unrestricted medical license Positive, non-judgmental attitude toward patients Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills Strong patient relations skills Significant psychiatric experience preferred but not required Salary Range: $130—$240 USD hourly Seniority level
