Psychiatrist with interest in APN supervision at 300/APN

Each clinician is dedicated to evidence-based care and a conservative controlled substance prescribing style. Our objective is to make our services more available to those in need of high-quality mental health care. We aim to serve not only those in rural areas but also provide services to all regions via telehealth, ensuring privacy, security, and convenience. Enjoy the autonomy of practicing in the best interest of the patient without corporate administrative interference. Up to $240/hour for clinical medication management, reimbursement organized per code, with options for 30 or 20-minute follow-up appointments. Option to supervise clinician-selected, evidence-based Nurse Practitioners at $300/APN/month. We are growing with team structures comprising multiple therapists and prescribers. Regular team staffing, at least monthly, to discuss patient cases or clinical topics. Work from home with flexible days and hours; team meetings are virtual. Compensation per patient and billed code, with benefits including medical, dental, vision, and short-term disability insurance for full-time clinicians. Seeking a collaborative team member to ensure coordination between psychiatric and therapist providers. Job Requirements:
Must have a clean, unrestricted medical license. Positive, non-judgmental, and accepting attitude toward patients. Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills. Strong patient-relations skills. Significant psychiatric experience is preferred but not mandatory. Hourly salary range: $130—$240 USD Seniority level
