## Sr. Manager, Product Management, Associate Mobile ExperienceAs a Sr. Manager, Product on the Associate Experience team, you will be at the forefront of defining and delivering the world-class mobile platform that empowers over 70,000 Capital One associates to do their best work every day. Your mission is to evolve our mobile ecosystem from a collection of devices into a secure, cohesive platform for productivity and innovation.In this mobile-focused role, you will partner closely with teams in Cyber Security, Technology, and Experience Design to shape and execute the product roadmap. Taking a data-driven and user-centric lens, you will bring deep empathy to understand the challenges and opportunities our associates face. You will be responsible for weaving together best-in-class hardware and software to create a mobile experience that is both powerful and secure.* At least 5 years of experience working in Product Management* Currently has, or is in the process of obtaining one of the following with an expectation that the required degree will be obtained on or before the scheduled start date:

+ A Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field)
