The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Previous experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Additional Information
Must be 18 years of age Must have Reliable Transportation Lifts moderate to heavy weights on an occasional basis Seniority level
