Job Summary

The General Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of the business are running smoothly and efficiently. This includes managing staff, maintaining inventory, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The General Manager will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to increase revenue and profitability. Key Responsibilities

Manage and oversee all aspects of the restaurant, including staff, inventory, and customer service Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and profitability Ensure that all food and beverages are prepared and served in accordance with company standards Manage and train staff, including hiring, scheduling, and performance evaluations Ensure that all safety and sanitation standards are met Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner Collaborate with other managers and staff to ensure that the restaurant is running smoothly and efficiently Qualifications

Previous experience as a General Manager in the restaurant industry Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and management skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and customer service Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Additional Information

Must be 18 years of age Must have Reliable Transportation Lifts moderate to heavy weights on an occasional basis
