Technical Product Manager
with a proven track record of delivering scalable technology solutions and driving cross-functional alignment. The ideal candidate brings a strong blend of business acumen, technical expertise, and product leadership — especially from a large-scale, enterprise-focused environment like
AT&T . You will work closely with engineering, UX, data, and business teams to define product vision, strategy, and execution for one or more technical product areas. Your experience in telco, network infrastructure, or enterprise SaaS will be highly valued. Key Responsibilities
Own product lifecycle from ideation through development, launch, and iteration for one or more technical products or platforms. Collaborate with engineering teams to define technical requirements and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality software solutions. Translate complex business and customer needs into clear product requirements and user stories. Develop product roadmaps aligned with business goals, technical feasibility, and customer needs. Serve as the technical liaison between product, engineering, and business stakeholders — leveraging your understanding of systems architecture, APIs, and platform integrations. Drive product decisions through data analysis, customer insights, and stakeholder feedback. Manage cross-functional initiatives across design, QA, operations, and marketing. Leverage Agile methodologies, owning backlog grooming, sprint planning, and release management. Define KPIs and success metrics to measure product performance and guide future development. Qualifications
5+ years of experience in product management, technical program management, or a similar role. Experience at a large enterprise company like AT&T or similar, with exposure to large-scale systems, enterprise clients, or telecommunications infrastructure. Proven ability to work with technical teams and communicate effectively with engineers. Deep understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), cloud platforms, APIs, and enterprise systems. Strong analytical skills — ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions. Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments. Excellent written and verbal communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus. Preferred (Nice-to-Have)
Experience in telecom, 5G, IoT, network infrastructure, or enterprise software. Background in DevOps, data platforms, or customer-facing APIs. Previous success in modernizing legacy systems or platforms at scale. Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, Figma, or Tableau. To apply for this job
