General Manager
to lead our studio to success! This position will be based in the Sunrise, Florida area. Position:
The General Manager will oversee all studio functions, including sales and operations. Requirements:
2+ years of fitness sales or relevant sales experience (preferred) Confidence in generating personal sales and supervising Sales Reps Ability to manage multiple revenue streams including memberships and retail Previous management or supervisory experience (preferred) Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both in person and over the phone Solution-oriented, results-driven, with a competitive spirit Ability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously Passion for fitness Strong writing and grammar skills Highly organized, proficient in data management, capable of prioritizing and meeting deadlines Professional, punctual, reliable, neat, and organized Attention to detail and accuracy Trustworthy with the ability to handle confidential information Ability to work harmoniously with colleagues, clients, and the public Proficiency with computers and studio management software College Degree (preferred) This is a full-time role requiring flexible scheduling, including nights and weekends. Responsibilities:
Lead generation through grassroots marketing and networking Implement sales processes to convert prospects into members Drive membership and retail sales Manage staff schedules and supervise sales staff Hire and oversee instructors Make high-level customer service decisions independently Maintain studio cleanliness and organization Enforce policies and procedures Participate in community events and studio promotions Manage marketing campaigns to generate leads Perform other duties as assigned Compensation & Perks:
