Radiant is an El Segundo, CA-based startup building the world’s first mass-produced, portable nuclear microreactors. The company’s first reactor, Kaleidos, is a 1-megawatt failsafe microreactor that can be transported anywhere power is needed and run for up to five years without the need to refuel. Radiant is seeking a proactive and strategic Indirect Procurement Manager to lead the sourcing, negotiation, and management of all goods and services for the indirect categories. This role is crucial in building and maintaining a resilient, cost-effective, and reliable supply base. Responsibilities

Strategic Sourcing & Category Management: Develop and execute sourcing strategies for key indirect categories. Complex Negotiations: Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations for a variety of agreements. Facilities & MRO Procurement: Take full ownership of procurement for all facility-related needs. Contract Management: Develop, review, and manage the full lifecycle of supplier agreements. Purchase Order Management: Oversee the complete procure-to-pay lifecycle. Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Build and maintain strong commercial relationships with key indirect suppliers. Cost Analysis & Optimization: Analyze market trends and total cost of ownership to identify and execute on cost-saving opportunities. Risk Management: Assess and mitigate supply chain risks related to indirect procurement. Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with internal stakeholders across all departments. Process Improvement: Contribute to the development and refinement of procurement policies, procedures, and systems. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. 3–8 years of relevant experience in indirect procurement, strategic sourcing, or supply chain management. Proven track record of successful negotiation and management of complex service agreements and contracts. Strong understanding of indirect procurement processes. Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency with ERP/MRP systems and standard office software. Ability and willingness to travel occasionally to supplier locations (up to 20%). Preferred Requirements

Experience sourcing for Facilities, MRO, IT, and Professional Services categories. Experience negotiating contracts with government entities, national laboratories, or universities. Familiarity with quality management systems and their implications for procurement. Understanding of supply chain dynamics within the energy or nuclear sector.
