This position drives strategic talent acquisition initiatives, leads a high-performing recruitment team, and ensures seamless execution of leadership hiring across the luxury brand segment. The role manages daily requisition workflows, resolves escalations, and fosters a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence aligned with the company’s values and brand. The ideal candidate will be a polished and proactive talent leader who thrives in a high-touch, fast-paced environment. With exceptional communication skills, they will build trusted relationships with stakeholders and bring a refined, data-informed approach to luxury recruitment strategy. This individual will curate and lead exclusive hiring initiatives, elevate the brand through bespoke recruitment events, and partner closely with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders to deliver a seamless, white-glove experience for both candidates and hiring managers. is a temporary full-time position with an initial assignment of one year and the possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. This is a remote position, and we’re open to any location and time zone in the United States. As the Sr Manager, Recruiting you will: Engage as a leader on the team managing daily operational deadlines, providing coaching, training and development. Assist in ensuring all TA processes are completed accurately and timely; ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations and operating procedures. Focus on program management, team development and support, and leading project work. Candidate Profile

Education and Experience Required Bachelor’s degree, or related degree required and 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Management Operations, or related professional area OR 9+ years' experience in Human Resources, Management Operations, or related professional area Ability to lead and manage highly functioning teams in a fast-paced environment Preferred • Working understanding of talent acquisition/human resource principles, practices, and procedures • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines • Experience working within a luxury segment or recruiting for luxury brands Core Work Activities

Program Management:

Daily management of requisitions across the team; handling escalations; seeking feedback and continuous improvement; communicate with all parties with a service orientation; establish strong relationships with TA partners; conduct monthly market calls; assist or prepare correspondence and training; perform other related duties as assigned. Team Leadership & Support:

Provide leadership and guidance; hold biweekly 1x1s; set expectations and goals; ensure daily tasks are completed; motivate the team; provide feedback and coaching; maintain effective employee communication channels; ensure training for daily operations; conduct regular team meetings; recognize and reward outstanding performance. Project Management:

Own and lead special projects; lead team meetings; analyze data to inform decisions; manage property hiring events including strategy, logistics, and recruitment marketing efforts. Skills/Attributes
