Nuvia Dental Implant Center, a growing dental implant and fixed-prosthesis center, is looking for a skilled CRNA to join our team at our office in Fremont, CA. We provide implants and full mouth restorations to our patients, increasing their quality of life. Our top priority is patient satisfaction and well-being. An ideal candidate has experience practicing independently and with nasal intubations; however, we are willing to train the right candidate. Our CRNAs are respected leaders in the Center, which has a positive, engaging culture. This is a fantastic opportunity to work autonomously in partnership with the Oral Surgeon. This position is PRN. Graduation from an accredited nurse anesthesia program Valid certification as a Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) Current ACLS and BLS from the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross Ability to obtain and maintain professional malpractice insurance Experience with dental anesthesia is helpful Duties

Administer anesthesia with nasal intubation for full-mouth dental implants in an office-based setting Collaborate with surgeons and dentists to optimize, develop and implement anesthesia plans Ensure safe and effective delivery of anesthesia by following established protocols and guidelines Perform pre-operative assessments and provide education to patients regarding options and potential risks Maintain accurate documentation of anesthesia administration, patient responses and any adverse events Stay up to date with evidence-based research in anesthesia techniques, medications and equipment Success in this position is defined by delivering safe, consistent anesthesia to every patient.
