3 year guaranteed salary while on ownership track. 401k with match of up to 3% on portion of your contributions; Fully vested after 5 years. Profit-sharing of 7% for 0-9 years as a physician, 11% for 10+ years as a physician. Shareholder retains high % of practice profit and receives distribution of company profit centers. HSA, medical, vision, dental, disability, and life insurance. 20 days PTO, 8 paid holidays, 5 days and $2,500 allowance for CME. Sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and loan repayment offered.
